The Chase Bays Clutch Line Kit for FA20 to CD009 Tilton Internal Slave conversions is a fully engineered, one-piece solution designed to handle the demands of aggressive street, race, and drift driving. Whether you’re doing a CD009 transmission swap in your ZN6/ZN8 chassis or building a high-horsepower track car, this line delivers maximum reliability, pedal precision, and engine bay cleanliness.

Unlike most aftermarket options that only replace the soft portion of the OE clutch line, this complete line kit goes from the clutch master cylinder (CMC) directly to the Tilton internal slave cylinder, and includes a dedicated bleeder line. Built from -3AN stainless braided, PTFE-lined, PVC-coated hose, this line is made with DuPont’s Type 62 Teflon and rated at a 9000psi burst pressure, making it ideal for high-stress environments.

Whether you’re running the stock CMC (M10x1.0) or have upgraded to the Tilton 3/4 bore CMC (3/8-24 outlet), the kit includes both banjo bolts for compatibility. If you’re using our Tilton CMC Adapter Kit, this line integrates seamlessly.

Optional Tilton Flow Control Valve

Add the Tilton Flow Control Valve to reduce shock loads to the drivetrain during clutch kicks or aggressive downshifts. By slightly delaying clutch re-engagement, it protects critical components like axles, diffs, and input shafts — especially in drift or grip racing applications. Fluid release remains instant for fast disengagement; modulation and shift timing remain unaffected.

Race-proven on our 500hp E36 and 450hp JZX100 drift cars, and even on our ZN6 CD009 setup after axle failures were eliminated with the valve installed, this option turns the clutch line into a two-piece setup but adds meaningful drivetrain protection.
