On this page, you are looking at the Subaru OEM 2.5L EJ257B STI Short Block. This is a fully assembled short block that includes all of the main guts such as the factory pistons and rods, as well as the crankshaft and main seals to make it ready for the installation. You or your preferred mechanic would have to bolt on the heads, oil pan, and fill it with the proper fluids to make your vehicle roadworthy again.
